What we have been doing
December is always one of my favorite months. Even with all the craziness the holidays bring, I love all the traditions. This month, we took a day trip to Napa with friends, hosted a holiday party at our house, made exciting progress on the build portion of our business, put up lots of holiday decorations, celebrated Christmas with our families in the Bay Area, and rang in the New Year in Somerset!
What we have been loving
Feeling inspired by the fresh start of the new year and excited about all the projects and possibilities ahead in 2025.
For the home- Nook style shower rooms, whimsical pops of fabric, and cutout details in cabinetry.
In the kitchen- like many—I’m eager to reset in January after the holidays and focus on eating cleaner. That said, with the chilly weather, I still find myself craving a warm and comforting meal. Loving this Baked Kale Salad with Brussels Sprouts, Honey Mustard & Green Apple and the Butternut Squash + Italian Sausage Casserole!
In the garden- we have been trying out a winter garden and tbh it is at such a standstill. We have fertilized and are crossing our fingers for more growth! We are planning out our garden for the spring time and planting snapdragon and sweet pea seeds in January.
